Case studies

Completed projects, with measured numbers

Every page has two layers: what matters to the client first, the technical detail behind it. The numbers are measured, not estimated — and some of these pages are about work that did not turn out as planned.

Systems and interfaces

When the website is not a shop window but part of how the business runs.

Operations and visibility

What comes after handover — and what a site cannot be found without.

What I learned from

These pages are here because a portfolio in which everything succeeded says little about how someone works. All of them were paid for and closed — what was lost was not money but momentum.

What you will not find on these pages

Client names in search: searching a client's brand brings up their site, not my case study — the names appear in exactly one place, excluded from indexing. Contact persons are never named. Neither are verbatim quotes from private correspondence: what appears here is either my own words or comes from a public source.

No estimated figures either. Where a number appears there is a measurement behind it, and on many of the pages the command that produced it is shown as well.
